Stamp your way into the New Year!
4 days into the New Year, I actually remembered to remember to take more pictures and to share the awesomeness of the students! Feeling a little proud of myself. Now check back in a month and see if my memory and follow through is holding up.
Last week, we had another uber fun class called Color Layering. I love when the crafting industry makes life easier by building on an older technique. As a result of progress, crafting becomes easier and therefore more fun. We used two of the new Hero Arts Color layering stamp sets and the coordinating shadow ink cubes. Many of the students made good use of their MISTIs or the We R Memory Keeper stamp press.
Those pictures are showing a lot of gorgeousness going on! Color layering stamps rock
I made up six different cards using two stamp sets from which the students could compose their cards the same as mine. But in addition, I love when they break out and do their own thing.
Doesn’t that look like a fun class? CHA is just around the corner so I can’t wait to see what Hero Arts comes up with. I, but most of all the students, hope they will release several more color layering stamp sets with more of the amazing coordinating ink cubes.
See you next time. Want to see more art or to share yours? Come socialize with me on my Facebook page.
