Class on the schedule for tonight is creating different types of skies! The below picture is just one example of what will be worked on.
Sunset skies using Copic markers
These gorgeous Copic colors work extremely well together. Patience, and completion of the Copic Intro class, is the skill set required for tonight’s class. When building up colors in scenery, students need to allow all of the different colors and layers to come together. The good news…no special skills sits of flicking or blending are required. I want to say I drew inspiration from looking out my window on a tropical vacation. But alas, the weather in Southern Colorado is a mixture of snow, more snow and a little wind tossed in for good measure.
I didn’t pick these colors on my own, but they work perfectly…thanks to Zoe from Make it Crafty for the colors! A list of colors are provided as well as extra markers for use in class in case you are still in the process of building your collection.
Get your fingers warmed up to color and color some more and then some more coloring. Check the upcoming classes tab for the recommended colors to bring to class.
